Join us for an inspiring Walking Mums Meet with Vicky Loftas, founder of FitMums and a passionate advocate for pre and postnatal fitness. With over 14 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, Vicky has worked with mums across Cheshire and worldwide, helping them build strength, confidence, and a positive relationship with fitness.
As a mum to Jacob and a long-time supporter of Walking Mums, Vicky has helped hundreds of mums through her Bootcamp and Buggy Fitness sessions. In recent years, she has become increasingly aware of the powerful connection between physical fitness and mental wellbeing. In this session, she will share practical insights into how exercise and nutrition can support your mental health and help you feel your best.
This session will cover:

✔ Everyday fitness wins
✔ Optimizing nutrition for mental health
