Kath is the founder of Sole Mamma Reflexology. She has a background in nursing and midwifery, and over 15 years of experience as a reflexologist and is a reiki master practitioner. She provides professional, nurturing treatments including reflexology, reiki (both in-person and distance), and acupressure facial therapy massage. In addition to individual treatments, Kath facilitates small group sessions focusing on self-care and meditation. She collaborates with the Angels of Light Children's Foundation to offer mindfulness education, aiming to balance children's inner and outer worlds in today's often stressful environment. Kath believes in the innate wisdom within us all and utilises reflexology, reiki, and meditation to help individuals align with their heart, enhancing deep relaxation and balance in body, mind, and soul.
